Because every Best Keeps set is made from your photos with your approved crops, custom products generally cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind.

We stand behind what we make

If your magnets arrive damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, or materially different from the preview you approved, we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
• Include your order number and a photo of the issue.
• We'll reply with next steps — usually a free replacement.
