Privacy Policy

Best Keeps turns your photos into physical products. That means we handle content that matters to you, and we treat it that way.

Your photos

• Photos you upload are used only to produce your order and operate the service.
• Photos are stored privately and are never made publicly browsable.
• We never use your photos for marketing without your permission.
• Customer source images are automatically deleted 30 days after your order is fulfilled.

Order information

We collect your name, email, and shipping address to fulfill and support your order. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.

Analytics

We use analytics to understand how people use the site so we can improve it — which pages get visited, and where people run into trouble while building a set. This is handled on our behalf by Google Analytics and PostHog.

PostHog also records how the site is used during a visit: pages, clicks, scrolling, and errors. Your photos are excluded from those recordings. Every element that displays a photo you upload is blocked from being captured, so a recording shows the layout of the page and what was clicked, never the picture itself. Anything you type into a form is masked in the same way.

Analytics data is never used to identify you personally, and your photos are never sent to any analytics provider.
